Is there anything you will not take?

Can I pay by credit card?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Depending on the amount there may be a small surcharge.

Can you dispose of my settee or carpet?

Yes, we remove and dispose of all types of furniture, both domestic and commercial.

If you would like the above collecting and cannot be on site, you can pay prior by credit card and we will collect within one to two days from outside the property. If you need assistance in removing from the property we are happy to oblige.

We have a special team ready for such catastrophes such as a fire or flooding. We will work closely with your insurance company and yourselves for a speedy resolution.

We have many solutions and ideas and will work with you and your insurance company to find the best and most suitable solution.

We specialize in full house clearance and void properties. We can also offer a deep clean service if required.

It depends on the size and weight - please ring for a no obligation estimate.

We may need to do a site visit first to see the shed (at no extra charge). We will then be able to give you a quote for the removal and disposal.

We are regularly contacted by homes, businesses and landlords regarding fly tipping. We are registered waste carriers and should not be a problem. Contact us for a free quotation.

1.Payments must be made by cash ,credit card or cheque at completion of the job and a deposit maybe required.

2.Deposit's must be paid at least days before work is carried out and deposit's are non refundable unless throw fault of our own .

3. Extra charge will be required if travelling through the congestion charge zone and Extra fuel charges may apply when travelling outside M25.

4. Parking and parking fees must be arranged by the customer. Any parking fines must be paid by the customer to the Driver on completion of the job.

5. Job arrival times are estimated. Estimated times are not guaranteed and any work taking longer than estimated is chargeable. Although we always do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause some delays.

6. Other than by reason of our own negligence, we will not be held liable for the cost that may arise from any damaged goods.

7. Work not included in the quote: Unless agreed by us in writing or verbally, we will not: - Dismantle or assemble unit or system furniture (flat-pack), fitments or fittings. - Disconnect, reconnect, dismantle or re-assemble appliances, fixtures, fittings or equipment take up or lay fitted floor coverings. - Move items from or to a loft, unless properly lit and floored and safe access is provided.

8. Your responsibility: It will be your sole responsibility to: - Take all reasonable steps to ensure that nothing that should be removed is left behind and nothing is taken in error. - Prepare adequately and stabilize all furniture, appliances or electronic equipment prior to their removal and empty all contents. - Additional charges may arise from failure to discharge these responsibilities.

9. Our responsibility: It is our responsibility to deliver your goods to you, undamaged by undamaged we mean in the same condition as they were packed, made ready for transportation or otherwise.
